I'm a lawyer who's practiced for almost 20 years, I've done thousands of negotiation conversations.

On the side, I distill those learnings from 10,000 at bats and coach leaders and groups on how to advocate for themselves in their career with confidence. I've helped people land millions of dollars in comp and more importantly, their North Star jobs.
